green tea bun

Really yummy red bean bun that doesnt have an overly sweet filling!! They have other vegan breads ghat look really good but if you are a matcha fan, this is a must try 🤤🤤

I ate it fresh out of the oven and the texture was amazing - soft and pillowy with a nice chew. The matcha taste was not very detectable though. Also not very cheap - 3 small buns for $5. But I would eat it again.

nice chewy texture and just the right amount of green tea flavor. i like to add a soy cappuccino (they use bonsoy @vikas 😉). also discovered today that they they now offer vegan pizza for lunch as well as a vegan wrap...see second picture for menu. can’t wait to try this!
