More delicious, healthy food from Green Leaf with extra veg because thinly sliced zucchini is
substituted for the tortilla. The sauce was great and I didn’t care I couldn’t taste the maple balsamic glaze. Likely because it shifted in transport. I would’ve been fine with less avocado because of the brown spots, but I did a little scraping. I’m not sure an entire sprig of rosemary is needed; in the interest of not wasting I sprinkled leaves on top. Then the sprig got covered in sauce and I forgot about it until I found it the next day in my leftovers-quite tasty baked. #veganenchiladas #greenleafrestaurant
