Ummm vegan caviar?! Hello!!! So cool!! Made from seaweed! And a plant based tuna that was very smoky and fishy and gave me that sushi “feel” in my mouth. Would buy again 11/10

I have never had vegan sushi like this! It even had vegan caviar! This roll was delicious. I was surprised I even liked the vegan tuna. This also had shallot, cucumber, cilantro and avo! We got these during "happy hour" so rolls were about $2 cheaper. The lighting was not our friend, we were unable to get a window seat with natural lighting, but the color and presentation of the rolls and the beautiful platters was pure art! #veganuary
