My husband stumbled across this restaurant the other day. He invited me because I am currently doing a sugar-free challenge. The restaurant advertises that all food and drinks are organic, local, vegan and sugar-free. Although sugar-free means they don't use refined sugar.
The asparagus gratin was well seasoned and the vegan feta was creamy and really tasted like feta. The salad was fresh and the dressing very tasty. The only drawback: the gratin was still frozen on the inside 😞. It was then reheated properly at my request. The staff are very friendly. The dish itself was a good choice.
