I’ve had collard greens before and loved how they were cooked but on this day we ate at an Ethiopian restaurant called Axum Restaurant where my cousin and I enjoyed lunch after a busy morning! She loved this Gomon dish of sautéed collards cooked in mild Ethiopian spices, but for me it was very bitter and lacking flavor. Still glad we tried this platter to know which dishes were our favs! Was a delight to try a new cuisine and in a restaurant with traditional Ethiopian furniture! Very friendly Owner, Chef and server. Very accommodating and helpful. Every item on the Veggies Combo Platter is vegan.
