GF Chocolate Raspberry Cupcake

Yum! This was really good. Loved the chocolate cake, the white, frosting, and the raspberry filling. Perfect.

Chocolate cake with vanilla frosting and raspberry filling. The cake was light and fluffy, the raspberry filling had a nice strong raspberry flavor, and the vanilla frosting was especially lovely. I was very impressed with the cake - I couldn’t tell any difference in flavor or texture between the gluten free and regular chocolate cake.
