General Tso’s Cauliflower

This appetizer was so good! It was crispy and and so tasty. It filled exactly that part of me that craved Chinese food. I’ll definitely be going back and googling ways to recreate this. I usually hate cauliflower too. I also had the vegan Rueben at Seva which was also delicious.
