Garlic Beef, Vegan Version

Make sure to ask for the vegetarian version, which replaces the beef by seitan/gluten imitation. It is totally vegan, and delicious. You can choose any of the beef options and make them vegan by replacing the beef with this. For other plates, make sure to stress no egg
