Garlic aioli

Went to Ferdinandos Pizza last night for the first time and it was AMAZING! I had the Al Baba Sababa pizza (hummus base, grilled baby marrow, caramelized onion, butternut, balsamic reduction) - I don't have any photos of my pizza as I only realised I forgot to take a photo after I gobbled the whole pizza! I bought a tub of their vegan garlic aioli for R55 and it is so delicious! You can use it on any thing! Currently using it as a spread on wraps and toast. I also bought their chilli oil (R45) and it is really yummy as well just very hot so use sparingly! Their pizza bases are hands down the best pizza bases I have ever tried I highly recommend this place!

This didn't taste much like garlic. It had more of a creamy custardy taste to it. But I loved dipping the bread sticks in it, so I have no complaints 😋

This naturally vegan garlic aioli is the best garlic aioli I’ve had in Cape Town so far. It is light, airy and it tastes soooo flipping good! If you order a pizza from Ferds, you most definitely need to order some garlic aioli to dip the pizza crust 🤤 Highly recommend!
