I have two personalities: una ama il green curry, una tollera poco il piccante. E a volte la prima ha la meglio sulla seconda 🔥, soprattutto se il latte di cocco è coinvolto. La piccantezza è davvero notevole e ho dovuto bilanciarla con bocconi di riso bianco, ma è stato il piatto più appagante assaggiato in tutta la cena: ricco, saporito, abbondante. Una nota dolente sono state le zucchine un pò troppo al dente per i miei gusti, ma è una cosa abbastanza ricorrente nella cucina asiatica. A comporre la zuppa poi ci sono melanzane, funghi, carote, zenzero, piselli e degli straccetti di "pollo" che mi hanno piacevolmente stupita per sapore e consistenza, né gommosa né stopposa. Ps: ero con le mie sorelle e mia mamma, nessuna di loro (ahimè) è vegana ma sono comunque abituate e ben disposte a mangiare plant-based, surrogati compresi. Mali Vegan Thai is one of the best vegan retaurants in London. They have plenty of tables and the staff and service are wonderful. This dish is a vegan ‘chicken’ green curry with courgette. They also have a gluten free version available. I thought this curry was great and can't fault it. It felt quite fresh and is a perfect pairing with rice. This is such a standard dish and you can't go wrong with it. This dish was priced at £11.50. #thai #veganrestaurant #southeastasiancuisine

Green #curry with Zucchini. From Mali Vegan Thai in London 🇬🇧 Perfect with a side of sticky rice for a cold rainy Sunday. The #veganchicken was very nice, probably #seitan, they also do a #glutenfree version where they use textured #soy protein I guess! I love this place 😊
