Frittata Vegana

Looking through old photos on my phone I found many photos of vegan products that I have not yet reviewed! I have a beautiful memory of this day. I had just been tattooed and I stopped for a snack at this cute little café in Bergamo. The place is run by a couple, all the food is cooked by them. If you are in the area I highly recommend stopping by, it's a lovely café. I tried the highly recommended chickpea and vegetables cake! Delicious!
