Fried brown rice tossed with chopped asparagus, goji berries, and pine nuts. Tbh I don't think I found the shimeji mushrooms and yam described in the menu ahaha 👀🍄🟫🍠 But it was still relatively tasty, and I appreciated the healthier take on fried rice with the incorpoation of whole grains! 🍚 This was a really big portion that I would say could feed around 4 pax though; my partner and I were stuffed trying to finish this. 🙃 ($22 for Small) #sgvegan #veganoptions #chinesefood #wholefoodplantbased #wfpb
I decided to try this because I saw that it was highly raved about and it didn’t disappoint! It was really fragrant and I liked the texture of the rice. I just wish there was more protein inside to make it more balanced, like tofu or tempeh perhaps would’ve made it even better.

Chockfull of shimeji, yam, pine nuts, asparagus & goji. 'Atas' & al dente but not worth tummy real estate for buffet diners.
