Fried Avocado Grilled Cheese

i thought this was a pretty good sandwich; however, it was more of a melt type sandwich than a grilled cheese. although there was cheese in it, i would argue the other ingredients greatly outnumber the cheese. for what it was, i thought the sandwich was tasty! there were loads of vegetables packed inside, and the vegan cheese was delicious. i’m not 100% sold on the fried avocado itself, but i’m not a huge avocado fan so i’d say it all comes down to preference in that regard

Terrible pic, delicious sandwich. Wilted greens, sautéed mushrooms, fried avocado, vegan cheese. If I could make this as a post bar munchie I would.
