Fried Artichokes

I ordered these because I love fried artichokes and was super pleasantly surprised when these arrived and they weren’t battered and deep fried but pan fried instead. The artichokes were juicy and tender and just a little bit crispy. Drizzled all over with balsamic and olive oil. So good!
