Fresh tagliatelle, green asparagus, and chard pesto, homemade spicy 'nduja, "parmesan" from the Rysáma, lemon

Shame about the lighting because this was delicious 🤤 I realised that I hadn't had #pasta in all my time in Czechia, and the fiancée was also intrigued by the flavours, so this was the standout choice. We shared the Krafin and also shared this - between half portions of these 2 dishes we were full up for the first half of the day 🙂 The #tagliatelle was vegan (yay) and very much #aldente, with no sauce and all of the moisture coming from the #pesto and what I assumed was the #spicy #nduja 😋 The #asparagus was a nice touch but by no means what defined this dish. In its totality this just worked - time for a move onto the regular menu, perhaps? 😉
