Tolle Kombi von Frühlingsrollen mit Glasnudelsalat und Süß-Sauer-Sauce und Erdnüssen.

Fried spring rolls filled with fresh vegetables and mushrooms, plus very tasty glass noodle salad with paprika strips, cucumber, coriander and peanuts as well as an Asian sweet-sour sauce. Just delicious 😋. The spring rolls are just a little too greasy for me. I think they would taste even better with rice paper.🤷🏼‍♀️
