This #focaccia was part of the #veganuary brunch on Jan 19 The kids and I couldnt help but dig into this delicious #starter

This focaccia is everything you’d want in fresh bread! The house-baked bread is soft yet perfectly chewy, and the crushed tomatoes and schug make it vibrant and full of flavor. It’s simple, fresh, and absolutely delicious – a delightful treat that’s hard to stop eating!

Sweet mother of #zaatar 🤩 That #matbucha combo was phenomenal! 🙌 I’m certain there was anise in that mix too! It was lovely to see @m1tch9i drool all over it considering she isn’t usually a fan of #tomatoes 🍅 or #bellpeppers 🫑 This is the kind of #focaccia I’m talking about 🥖 Crispy, crunchy, and full of flavour! Had I not been eating with others, and others with varying degrees of hygine, I would’ve fully dug my hands into this 🤭 Leave eating bread with cutlery for my grandmother! The #tahini was unbelievable creamy too 🚏 I ought to start fried okra to mine as well! At S$29 for this serving and everything else I’ve had at this restaurant, my biggest takeaway is a renewed inspiration for how I ought to up my home cooking 🤗

The #focaccia #bread was crusty outside and soft inside, an excellent combination 🙂 Instead of aubergine and goats cheese they gave us something reddish that @m1tch9i really liked. I on the other hand preferred the #okra that was stuck inside the most sophisticated, lush, and delicious #tahini that I have ever had in my life 😋 There was enough volume on this plate to fill all 3 of us up, too - prices are high but you get what you pay for! 😉

I’m a total #carboholic so it should come as no surprise that I was thrilled when this came out! A slab of freshly baked flatbread served with two incredible dips - an incredibly creamy tahini and the most amazing and kinda spicy tomato salsa. So freaking good, I could go back and just eat this for lunch. SGD $32 - expensive for bread and two dips but it was enough for 2-3 people to share. Everything here is priced for 2-3 people sharing so it helps if everyone in your group is happy to eat the same thing. Which is kinda cool because vegans essentially force everyone else to eat vegan! ✊ #aniba #miznon #singapore
