"Fish" n Chips

I'm glad I knew better than to trust a West Malaysian's opinion of #meekolok 👉 so I actually ordered 2 takeout meals for lunch! 🧠⬆️ This was thankfully a lot batter (thank you thank you I'm hilarious), due in large part to their amazing better (really dafne you're killing it) 💐 It was nice and peppery, and it had a bready texture that made it separate from the #fakemeat. I can easily imagine it making for the best potato wedges ever 🥳 Sadly though the #mockfish was a little underwhelming. Not bad but it resembled chicken meat more than anything else. The fries were also great, with large course salt sprinkled throughout and with spring onions to season. I thought the choice of chili sauce was an odd condiment but between the fries and the batter it actually made a lot more sense. I hope they revise the fish on this and would love to give it a second shot in the future 🤤 #veganisnotscary #pbas2021 #fishandchips #leavethefishinthesea
