Filet Mignon auf Rotweinjus mit Boulangère Erdäpfel und Speckfisolen

I can only say: oh my God! The filet mignon was great, the jus and the potatoes were to die for! Expensive but what a treat!

OK, this is unbelievable, but this steak (Juicy Marbles) is really vegan and tastes amazing. I love the combination with the potatoes, green beens and red wine sauce. It's not the cheapest dish (19€), but it's really great and special and I am definitely ordering it again 🤤
