Fiesta Burger

You can't go wrong with a beyond meat burger, but this didn't live up to the fiesta name imo. The guacamole overpowered the salsa for me, so didn't get to enjoy that, and a little more spice would really have helped liven this meal up. Yet, for a spoons meal, it wasn't a bad option.
