Espresso Caramel Pretzel Cookie

Franberry baking was at the Navan Fair, of course I had to get more cookies! This time we tried the espresso caramel pretzel cookie, which is just a divine combination. This cookie is huge!! And sooo delicious. If you love coffee flavour this will be a good one. The caramel was gooey and rich. There was only the one pretzel on top, wish there was more throughout the cookie. Otherwise this was awesome!
