Eryngii Mushroom Vinaigrette Congee

🍄 I realise it's not often that I see vegan porridge for sale. So in their last day if operations, I decided to try it, and once again feel sad why they are closing. I think the mushrooms were fried, which gave a crisp and the gravy was very flavourful to go with the porridge 😘 I wouldn't finish up the gravy though, that'd be too salty 😖 I sincerely hope they have a good break and reopen for fans out there! 😳

A pretty interesting dish. The congee already had mushrooms inside the sauce so I was pleasantly surprised that there were fried mushrooms on the side. You can’t see the congee in my picture because I poured the sauce on top but that just shows just how much sauce they gave :) #veganisnotscary
