From Jan 22’ to trip to Mexico 🇲🇽 This dish my husband gets every time we come visit fam here! I believe it’s one of their most popular dishes! It is delicious 🤤 😋 Consists of 4 tortillas stuffed with vegan ricotta styled cheese, grilled tofu and plantain. It’s topped with delicious mole sauce, tofu cream, sesame, chopped peanuts, lettuce, onion and avocado 🥑. If you are allergic to peanuts I believe it’s in the mole sauce too. Really excellent dish! El relleno me encantó pero no me gustó tanto el mole, aunque en sí no puedo culpar al platillo… nunca en mi vida había probado el mole, así que no tenía punto de referencia y no sabía qué esperar 😅 la combinación de picoso+dulce no es lo mío al parecer jajaja pero la verdad que el relleno del tofu con el plátano estaba delicioso. Las volvería a pedir sin la salsa 😂😂 igual es una porción muy grande, está súper bien servido.
