El Barrio Burger

This is a really amazing rendition of the beyond burger ! Totally different to anything I usually have, I love that the patty was stuffed with onions that was really delicious and I really loved the sauce (had a hint of spice) I’m not 100% sure if I like the vegan mozerella yet, I don’t usually order vegan cheese on burgers but that’s just me ! Overall, super inventive and different !
