Eggplant Rice Bowl

A very filling rice bowl for just $6, it’s much more content than the burrito 🌯 taste wise I prefer the corn and black bean burrito though the eggplant 🍆 wasn’t so nice it was quite bitter. Can include some mushrooms too to make it nicer. They use disposables even for dine in, best to bring your own container and cutlery.

Woo vegan Mexican! Didn't even have to request no cheese or sour cream. I wasn't expecting too much and was pleasantly surprised. The eggplant slices were super thin and the salsa was bursting with flavor. Would def have this regularly!
