Eggplant, Potato & Pepper In Garlic Sauce

So good! If you like garlic that is :) which I happen to do. The mix of potatoes and eggplant makes for a yummy and filling combination. This is the small size of the dish, as we shared a couple of dishes to get more variety. The regular size is bigger and comes with rice. Would order this again.
