Eggplant and Long Beans Stirfry

Chanced upon a veg stall on level 3 of the sprawling Jurong Point and couldn't resist ordering a couple of pick-your-own dishes including this aubergine stirfry. 🍆 Sounds like an oxymoron, but this was saucy yet lacking flavour, accompanied by long beans that weren't cooked long (another irony!) enough.
