Egg-less Salad Sandwich

I never liked eggs much before I went vegan, but I thought this dish was egg-cellent! The tofu was cooked really well and the sauce inside was great. The description on the online menu is different than what’s offered on their Raleigh location (it might be good to be up to date online for all locations - for people with dietary restrictions and needs). But overall, very delicious!
