
I made this myself, with rice, grilled tofu, beancurd, carrot and avocado. Dressing was tangy Thai pesto. I still miss the cashew mint they used to have :( they gave nutritional information calculator on their website which told me this was 526cal. Not bad.
Lots of vegan options here! I'd say it's better than Makisan. They do a good job of labeling what's vegan too. Highly recommend giving it a try if you like DIY sushi rolls.
