Deep fried tofu curry

Apparently the curry was quite good/close to non-vegan curry, but I didn't think so but I guess that's just personal preference. Like most tofu in Vietnam, it's incredibly soft, but the outside was definitely very crispy. The rice was nice and squishy sushi rice too.
