DedasPuri is a Georgian restaurant in Milan, situated between Sant’Ambrogio and Corso Genova, in via
De Amicis. It’s a pretty informal place and the menu is basically half vegan. We started with this mix of appetizers which included a selection of vegetable paté (the green one was paisley based and the purple one beetroot based) with some fried eggplants stuffed with walnut cream, garlic, paisley, cilantro and pomegranate. The eggplants were amazing and definitely the best thing I ate here this time. The price of the dish was 19€ which i found fine, however on the menu there’s a picture of the plate and it’s much more fuller than what we received. I don’t know if it was because of shrinkflation or something else, but what we received was still more than enough for 2 people. The people working here were very nice however they got our order wrong multiple times, and they kept serving us non-vegan dishes that we had to send back. I guess it was just a busy night and they got a little confused.
I was anyway very satisfied with the meal and i will probably be back again.
