Dark Chocolate Mousse With Salted Caramel Popcorn

Everything Club Mexicana sells is 100% vegan. This was delicious. I’m not usually a fan of popcorn but the popcorn on top of the mousse was drizzled with caramel sauce and this really did make all the difference 😏 The chocolate was amazing. I only wish I’d gone here during the eat out to help out period but better late than never!
