Dark Chocolate & Strawberry Twist Ice-Cream (Plant Based)

Tastes really nice! But when the flavours are melted together, the chocolate kind of overpowers the strawberry.... I tried the mixed once and I chose 100% strawberry after that hehe

SGD2 from the Level 1 Bistro at IKEA Tampines. You can choose chocolate & strawberry twist (pictured here), or chocolate alone, or strawberry alone, in a sugar cone or cup. I was absolutely delighted to be able to try the new chocolate and strawberry flavoured soft serve from IKEA. I love both flavours. The dark chocolate had rich cocoa flavour. The strawberry had a sugared strawberry aroma balanced out with some tanginess. The sugar level of both flavours was just right for me. I liked the texture of the soft serve--not too aerated, no gritty ice crystals. I am really happy that IKEA decided to make their soft serve ice creams vegan. I think that most people who want an ice cream on impulse don't particularly care what the ingredients are. So it's fantastic that this soft serve is made with sustainable, plant-based ingredients and has an affordable price tag
