Love it 😍, possibly my most favourite salad thus far! $13.50 for 1 grains & base : vegan cauliflower ‘ryce’ 1 proteins: vegan baked quinoa falafel with caramelised onions -> so flavour packed with strong cumin smell and taste amazing!! Love it 💯 2 vegetables: kale, broccoli stems & beetroot salad (Raw) -> couldn’t really taste the beetroot? And grilled zucchini-> 💯 Dollops: vegan chickpea hummus -> 💯 amazing! Such a divine salad, so much better than all those I have tried so far!
See second photo to view exactly what I ordered. Accidentally picked cauliflower “ryce” then realised it had egg too so removed it. Very tasty and original flavours, a nice change. A bit expensive and not for those picky with combinations as they are all dishes in themselves and you combine them (vs just one ingredient and mixing with your own dressing). The spicy salsa is SPICY. Lol. The falafel is soooo good.
Custom salad by weight includes falafel squares , turmeric chickpea, mushrooms . Excellent taste , good clean eating option in vivo city. They were kind enough to heat salad on my request. Good taste but slightly expensive considering self service and quantity/weight.
