Wow! I was blown away by this sandwhich. It has marinated seitan, pickles, monterey jack "cheese", and mustard. The seitan was cooked wonderfully, very flavorful and a great texture. The pickles complimented the sandwhich wonderfully. Would definitely recommend.

So so good. The cuban is one of our favorites. Their house made "meat" is the best.

This is my new favorite meal. I live 60 miles away and I will happily drive to get this. I lived in Florida for years and since I’ve moved I have craved a cruelty free cuban. This is the best cuban I’ve ever had!

Loved this! Shaved marinated seitan, pickles, pepperoncinis, mustard, monterey jack cheese, on a hoagie roll, with celery pickles on the side. Very filling.
