Crispy Golden Oats

One of my favorite dish here. It's a rendition of cereal prawn but they used tofu instead. The cereal is super crunchy and goes well with rice. Unfortunately would prefer more tofu in it, felt like there was a lot more cereal than tofu.

This has to be some of the worst shots I’ve taken on this camera 📸 Who gives a beaver when the food is this good though 💯🦫 The star of the show is really the golden oats 🙌 I’ve been a fan of the likes of butter-prawn since I was a kid; Not for the actual contents of the meal but for that sweet #savoury oats that came on the side 😋 Appropriately, this had a tonne of #curryleaves that I actually enjoy munching into 😜 The #oats plus rice is actually an amazing combo! Oh, and the #tofu was great too I guess 🤭

The most fantastic silken tofu I have ever had. I loved the crumbles over the tofu! This dish is perfect

i’ve never had anything like this before! had low expectations going in because it sounded basic but the crispness of the cereal was so good 👌🏼👌🏼

Loved this cereal dish - the tofu was light and fluffy on the inside and the cereal. was cooked to perfection, with a great rich sweet flavor and wonderful crunch.
