Crispy Eggplant

When we ordered this I did not expect it to come in THICC generous slices so this was a pleasant surprise! Batter was delightfully crunchy and eggplant was still slightly juicy inside. The sauce also tasted amazing. We were 2 pax so this was a hefty appetiser that’s better shared between 3 pax…we had to takeaway 😹

The texture of the skin of these eggplants was amazing, and the spicy mayo was really delicious. I loved the bed of cabbage and carrot, but they would've been even better pickled.
