Crispy Cod Tartare

was surprised that this cod one is one of my faves here, would recommend, tastes pretty real #veganisnotscary

This was the perfect lunchtime food on a sunny day in Brighton. Happy Maki is located a couple of minutes walk from the beach. The Crispy Cod Tartare roll was delicious. I’ll definitely be back to try their other rolls! 😋

We had the crispy cod tartare wrap, the hoisin duck and the fully loaded wrap. They were all phenomenal. The cod was my favourite. So filling and beautiful flavours. Would get one everyday if I could.
