I’m sorry!!!! I can’t remember the name of the dish, but it was a hummus/ tahini/ garlicky dish on a layer of falafel and maybe crunchy bread (how do they keep it crunchy in the sauce?) Magnificent!! If you describe it they will know it! Again, sorry!
