We finally got to travel and visit our family in Kazakhstan! I was happy to see many places already have vegan options 🌱
In Atyrau, Coffee Matters has the most options of vegan dishes. This creamy pasta was my absolute favourite, and I got it almost every day ❤️ The portion is big and very filling, although the plate looks small :)
The vegan option is not on the menu, but you can ask the waiter to veganise this dish, and they will swap cream for coconut cream.
