creamy mushroom brioche

‘toasted brioche, garlic cream mushrooms, salsa verde, rocket’. This was absolutely phenomenal. I really struggled to choose my brunch as I wanted to try so many things and I toyed between pancakes and this. I definitely made the right decision as this was such an explosion of flavours and the textures were all lovely together too! Even had extra mushrooms from my husbands breakfast 😋
