Buonissimi ravioli ripieni di funghi, formaggio vegano e ripassati nel vino bianco. Ottimi!

This was an interesting dish. Very creamy with a slight taste of mushroom, the sauce was a little heavy for me. The dumplings were delicious, but I found the fusion of Asian dumplings with a Eastern European type cream sauce a little out of place. If you love decadent rich sauces though, you will probably like this.
