Corn Ribs

Sweet #corn 🌽, #fried, #gochujang #mayo. The perfect combo. The corn was so well marinated and cooked to perfection. The #spices on top were smokey and worked very well. The gochujang #veganmayo wasn’t spicy but #umami and #creamy. All together: great!

I’ve been seeing these online lately, wanted to see what the hype was about. Although these don’t have anything to do with the flavour or texture of ribs imo, they were pretty darn delicious. Grilled so nicely with a delicious chipotle mayo sauce.
