Cold Spinach with Miso & Sesame

I've never had such delicious spinach before. It was perfectly seasoned with a miso dressing and sesame seeds and served cold. The taste was nothing short of extraordinary, will definitely be back for this! Was part of their lunch tasting menu. Was nice to see they had a vegan dish in every category but definitely need more options!
