For our last night in Tokyo, we couldn’t help but go back to Sorano, probably the restaurant we loved the most during our Japan trip.
This time we tried new dishes, including this cold silken tofu, which didn’t disappoint. It was definitely the best cold tofu we had throughout our stay, the texture was perfect and the seasoning top-notch. Price was only 550¥.
