Coconut Pandan Waffle

Review1700! What #waffles should be like: thick, chewy but fluffy, crispy outside, delicious. This waffle 🧇 served! The outside was perfectly #crispy, the inside nice and moist. Loads of #coconut flakes inside. Colored with #pandan which also gave a subtle taste. Not too sweet by itself, but the palm syrup drizzled on top, made it nicely sweetened. Served with coconut #icecream 🥥 which was the perfect compliment to a warm waffle! It was very rich and simply divine #coconutlover

For dessert, the most unique waffle ever! Had more of a chewy texture and the pandan came through, with the coconut icecream and coconut syrup it was a beautiful bite.
