WOW this is the best dessert I’ve EVER HAD. I brought this to an engagement party since I was the only vegan attending and I hate being left out of dessert. All my non-vegan friends tried a bite and they liked it way better than the non-vegan cake 🥳 It was dense, moist, and the icing tasted very buttery and creamy. The coconut was a huge hit. I want a Sipz coconut cake for my wedding lol
