Cobb Salad

I am going to miss Zammy's. Columbus was super lucky to have them. 🙏🏻✨️ This salad was fantastic and original. This is the first #vegan cobb salad I've had. This bed of crispy romaine lettuce was topped with red and orange tomatoes, chickpeas, corn, cornbread croutons (Ollie's favorite), fried vegan chicken, housemade #vegan #egg and delicious creamy ranch dressing. It had so many delicious flavors, and I love their house ranch. Solid cobb salad. The cornbread croutons are a nice change from the norm and a bit sweet. 🌽 🥗

Homemade ranch and croutons were the finishing touch on this classic. It was so good! The croutons were by far the biggest surprise as they were like fried sweet cornbread bites😍 I can’t wait to go back
