Chopped Cheese Sandwich.

Obviously there is more pictured here than just the Chopped Cheese (bottom), but this review is focused on just this dish. While I have never had a chopped cheese before, I was really glad I tried it at Rip’s. Super flavorful and the toppings are fresh!

This was seriously one of the most disgusting things I’ve ever eaten. First off- I totally LOVE Beyond Burgers. Been eating them since they launched and they’re my fave. But this one— tasted (and smelled) like dog food. It was obviously cooked on the outside but the inside was rare (read, “raw”) and I nearly vomited. I thought, “Maybe this just needs ketchup?” So I added some but it didn’t help. Seriously, if you’re going to use a commercially available product that I can cook at home and make it better by simply grilling it, you’re doing something TERRIBLY wrong. Comes with chips that weren’t salted well and the whole thing was just BLAH.
