Chocolate Beignets

This is the first time I've had vegan beignets and I loved them! The dough is slightly chewy and they are filled with chocolate and dusted with powdered sugar.

Had to go back to the truck for dessert. These do not disappoint. Hot off the press the chocolate center is warm and creamy - perfect chocolate taste and the powdered sugar is the finishing touch. So rich you only need one but buy three to share!
